  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup provolone cheese sliced
Garlic Butter Bread
  • 6 slices sourdough bread
  • 4 tbsp butter softened
  • 3 garlic cloves minced

Method
 

  1. Mix garlic butter and spread on sourdough bread slices.
  2. Layer cheeses between bread slices to form sandwiches.
  3. Cook sandwiches in a skillet over medium-low heat until golden.
  4. Cover briefly to ensure cheese melts fully.
  5. Slice and serve hot with visible cheese pull.

Notes

Use low heat to prevent burning the bread before the cheese fully melts inside.
