Ingredients
  

Meatballs
  • 500 g ground chicken
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp ginger grated
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
Sauce
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C and line a baking sheet.
  2. Mix ground chicken, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, and green onions.
  3. Form mixture into small meatballs.
  4. Place meatballs on baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 18–20 minutes until cooked through.
  6. Heat sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, honey, and vinegar in a saucepan.
  7. Toss baked meatballs in the sauce.
  8. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions and serve warm.
