Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 500 g chicken cut into pieces
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
Base & Veggies
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup carrots shredded

Method
 

  1. Cook rice and set aside.
  2. Cook seasoned chicken in a skillet until golden.
  3. Add sweet chili sauce, simmer, and assemble bowls.

Notes

Adjust spice level by adding chili flakes or sriracha.
