Ingredients
  

Peppers
  • 12 mini bell peppers halved
  • 150 g cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C.
  2. Slice mini peppers in half and remove seeds.
  3. Mix cream cheese, cheddar, garlic, parsley, and spices.
  4. Fill pepper halves with the cheese mixture.
  5. Place peppers on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 15–18 minutes until peppers are tender.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Use a piping bag to neatly fill the peppers.
