Ingredients
  

Milk Bun Base
  • 8 soft milk buns
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp condensed milk
Strawberry Cream Filling
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup mascarpone
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups strawberries

Method
 

  1. Whip cream, mascarpone, sugar, and vanilla until fluffy.
  2. Slice buns and brush lightly with butter and condensed milk.
  3. Fill buns with whipped cream and sliced strawberries.
  4. Arrange sliders and dust with powdered sugar.
  5. Serve chilled for best texture and flavor.

Notes

Use chilled cream for best whipping results. Do not overfill buns.
