Ingredients
  

Cream Layer
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Fruit & Base
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries sliced
  • 1 box graham crackers or vanilla biscuits

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Whip cream with sugar and vanilla until fluffy.
  2. Layer biscuits, whipped cream, and strawberries in a dish.
  3. Repeat layers until full, finishing with cream on top.
  4. Chill for 4–6 hours or overnight until set.
  5. Slice and serve chilled with extra strawberries.

Notes

Best results come from chilling overnight so layers fully soften.
