Ingredients
  

Pretzel Crust
  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
Cheesecake Layer
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups whipped cream
Strawberry Topping
  • 2 cups strawberries sliced
  • 1 package strawberry gelatin
  • 1.5 cups hot water
  • 0.5 cup cold water

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix crushed pretzels, butter, and brown sugar, then press into pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Fold in whipped cream and spread over crust.
  5. Add sliced strawberries on top.
  6. Prepare gelatin and pour over strawberries.
  7. Refrigerate 4–6 hours until set.
  8. Slice and serve chilled.

Notes

Chill fully before slicing for clean layers. Use full-fat cream cheese for best texture.
