- Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
- Mix crushed pretzels, butter, and brown sugar, then press into pan.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in whipped cream and spread over crust.
- Add sliced strawberries on top.
- Prepare gelatin and pour over strawberries.
- Refrigerate 4–6 hours until set.
- Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
Chill fully before slicing for clean layers. Use full-fat cream cheese for best texture.
