Batter
  • 2 eggs separated
  • 1/4 cup flour
Toppings
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup strawberries sliced

Method
 

  1. Prepare batter and meringue separately.
  2. Fold meringue into batter gently.
  3. Cook slowly and serve with toppings.

Notes
