Cheesecake Filling
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
French Toast Base
  • 8 slices white bread
  • 2 eggs

Equipment

  • non-stick skillet
  • mixing bowl
  • rolling pin

Method
 

  1. Prepare strawberry cheesecake filling.
  2. Flatten bread slices and fill with mixture.
  3. Roll tightly into logs.
  4. Dip in egg mixture and pan-fry until golden.
  5. Coat in cinnamon sugar and serve warm.

Best served immediately while crispy and warm.
