Pretzel Crust
  • 3 cups crushed pretzels
  • 3/4 cup butter melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar
Cheesecake Filling
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream softened
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup strawberries chopped

Method
 

  1. Mix crushed pretzels, melted butter, and sugar then press half into a lined pan and freeze.
  2. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla then fold in ice cream and strawberries.
  3. Spread filling over crust, top with remaining pretzels, freeze until firm, then slice and serve.

Notes

For best texture, let sandwiches sit 5 minutes before serving. Try adding chocolate drizzle for variation.
