Ingredients
  

Pancakes
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
Cheesecake Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.25 cup powdered sugar
Strawberry Filling
  • 1.5 cups strawberries sliced

Method
 

  1. Mix strawberries with sugar and lemon juice and let sit.
  2. Prepare pancake batter and cook small pancakes.
  3. Make cheesecake filling and assemble tacos with strawberries.
