Ingredients

  • 250 g ramen or egg noodles
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Gochujang Sauce
  • 3 tbsp gochujang
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp ginger

Method
 

  1. Cook noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. Sear chicken in oil until golden and cooked through.
  3. Add garlic, ginger, and sauce ingredients to form a glossy mixture.
  4. Toss noodles into the sauce until fully coated and simmer briefly.
  5. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, then serve hot.

Notes

Adjust spice level by reducing gochujang or adding more honey for sweetness.
