Ingredients
  

Ramen Base
  • 2 packs ramen noodles
  • 300 g ground beef
Spicy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp gochujang
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
Cheese & Toppings
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese
  • green onions

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Cook ramen noodles until tender, drain and set aside.
  2. Brown ground beef with onions and garlic in a skillet.
  3. Add spicy sauce ingredients and simmer until thick.
  4. Toss noodles in sauce until fully coated.
  5. Top with cheese, melt, and serve hot with garnishes.
