Ingredients
  

Pasta & Chicken Base
  • 3 cups cooked macaroni pasta
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tbsp butter
Cheese Sauce
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper
Topping
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup extra shredded cheese
  • 1 tbsp melted butter

Method
 

  1. Cook macaroni pasta until al dente and set aside.
  2. Mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce.
  3. Prepare cheese sauce by melting butter, adding flour, milk, and cheeses until smooth.
  4. Combine pasta, chicken, and cheese sauce in a baking dish.
  5. Top with breadcrumbs and cheese, then bake until golden and bubbly.

Notes

For extra crisp topping, broil for 2 minutes at the end of baking.
