  • 6 flour tortillas small size
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese
Burger Sauce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup

Method
 

  1. Mix all sauce ingredients until smooth and chill.
  2. Press ground beef onto tortillas and season.
  3. Cook beef-side down, flip, add cheese, then top and serve.
