Ingredients
  

Shrimp
  • 400 g shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup flour
Sauce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp sweet chili sauce

Method
 

  1. Marinate shrimp in seasoned buttermilk.
  2. Fry shrimp until crispy.
  3. Toss shrimp in sauce and assemble tacos with slaw.

Notes

Adjust spice level by adding more or less sriracha.
