- Mash the blackberries and strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove seeds.
- Combine blackberry puree, heavy cream, milk, honey, vanilla extract, and sea salt in a frothing pitcher.
- Froth until thick, creamy, and airy but still pourable.
- Fill two serving glasses with ice and divide the milk between them.
- Pour the honey espresso mixture over the milk.
- Slowly spoon the blackberry cold foam over the top of each latte.
- Garnish with fresh blackberries, honey drizzle, and flaky sea salt before serving.
Notes
For the smoothest foam, strain the blackberry puree thoroughly. Use chilled dairy ingredients for maximum frothing volume and stability.
