Chicken
  • 2 chicken breasts cut into pieces
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
Sauce
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 0.5 cup pineapple juice
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
Base
  • 2 cups cooked rice

Method
 

  1. Coat chicken with cornstarch and cook until golden.
  2. Cook vegetables in the same pan.
  3. Add sauce ingredients and simmer.
  4. Thicken sauce and return chicken to pan.
  5. Serve over rice and garnish.
