Feta Rolls
  • feta cheese blocks cut into sticks
  • phyllo pastry sheets thawed
  • olive oil for brushing
  • eggs beaten for sealing
Spicy Chili Honey
  • honey
  • chili flakes adjust to taste
  • black pepper

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F) and prepare a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Cut feta into sticks and season lightly with spices.
  3. Wrap feta in phyllo sheets, brushing each layer with oil and sealing edges with egg.
  4. Bake until golden and crispy, about 18–22 minutes.
  5. Warm honey with chili flakes to create spicy chili honey drizzle.
  6. Drizzle over baked feta rolls and serve immediately.

Best served immediately for maximum crispiness.
