  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 3 cloves garlic
Sauce
  • 2 cups marinara sauce

Method
 

  1. Mix and form meatballs using beef, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic, and seasoning.
  2. Sear meatballs until browned and simmer in marinara sauce.
  3. Toast sub rolls lightly with butter.
  4. Fill rolls with meatballs, top with cheese, and bake until melted and bubbly.

Notes
