- Sauté onion, garlic, ginger, and chili in oil until fragrant.
- Add cooked chicken and spices and cook briefly.
- Stir in cilantro and allow filling to cool.
- Shape wrappers into cones and fill with chicken mixture.
- Seal edges with flour paste to form triangular samosas.
- Fry samosas in hot oil until golden and crispy.
- Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
