Ingredients
  

Chicken Filling
  • 2 cups ground chicken cooked
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp ginger grated
  • 1 green chili finely chopped
  • 0.5 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp cilantro chopped
Assembly
  • 20 samosa wrappers
  • 2 tbsp flour paste for sealing
  • oil for frying

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Sauté onion, garlic, ginger, and chili in oil until fragrant.
  2. Add cooked chicken and spices and cook briefly.
  3. Stir in cilantro and allow filling to cool.
  4. Shape wrappers into cones and fill with chicken mixture.
  5. Seal edges with flour paste to form triangular samosas.
  6. Fry samosas in hot oil until golden and crispy.
  7. Drain on paper towels and serve warm.

Notes

Samosas can be baked or air-fried for a lighter version.
