Cookie Dough
  • flour
  • matcha powder
  • butter
  • sugar
  • eggs
Lava Filling
  • white chocolate

  • Baking tray

Method
 

  1. Freeze white chocolate into small lava centers.
  2. Prepare matcha cookie dough and chill.
  3. Wrap dough around frozen chocolate centers.
  4. Bake until edges are set but center is soft.
  5. Cool slightly and serve warm for lava effect.

Notes

Do not overbake or the lava effect will be lost. Always freeze filling before baking.
