Ingredients
  

Mango Layer
  • 1 cup mango chunks ripe
  • 1/2 cup mango juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
Dragon Fruit Layer
  • 1 cup dragon fruit cubes
  • 1/2 cup white grape juice
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice fresh

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Blend mango chunks, mango juice, honey, and ice until smooth.
  2. Blend dragon fruit, grape juice, lime juice, and ice separately.
  3. Fill glasses with ice and pour in the mango layer.
  4. Slowly pour the dragon fruit layer over the back of a spoon.
  5. Top with coconut water or sparkling water and garnish before serving.

Notes

Use frozen fruit for the thickest and most refreshing texture.
