Method
- Cook linguine in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve pasta water and drain.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, oregano, and thyme.
- Cook chicken in olive oil until golden and cooked through. Remove and slice.
- Sauté garlic in the same pan until fragrant.
- Add lemon juice and chicken broth and simmer.
- Stir in butter and lemon zest.
- Add cooked pasta and toss to coat.
- Return chicken, parmesan, and parsley. Toss and serve warm.
Notes
Add pasta water if needed to loosen the sauce.
