Ingredients
  

Fire Chicken
  • 300 g chicken thighs
  • 2 tbsp gochujang
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 3 cloves garlic
Ramen Base
  • 2 packs instant ramen noodles
  • 700 ml chicken broth
Topping
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 2 pieces soft-boiled eggs

Method
 

  1. Marinate chicken with gochujang, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and spices for 15 minutes.
  2. Cook chicken in a hot pan until caramelized and fully cooked.
  3. Boil ramen noodles in broth until tender, then combine with chicken.
  4. Top with mozzarella cheese, cover until melted, and serve hot.

Notes

Adjust spice level by reducing gochujang. Add cream for extra richness.
