Ingredients
  

Bread
  • 4 bread rolls soft
Cream Cheese Filling
  • 200 g cream cheese softened
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp heavy cream
Garlic Butter Custard
  • 2 eggs
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 0.5 cup butter melted
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped
  • 0.5 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Mix cream cheese, sugar, and cream until smooth.
  3. Slice bread rolls into sections without cutting through.
  4. Fill each section with cream cheese mixture.
  5. Whisk eggs, milk, butter, garlic, sugar, honey, parsley, and salt.
  6. Dip bread into garlic mixture thoroughly.
  7. Place on tray and bake 15–20 minutes until golden.
  8. Serve warm.

Notes

Best served fresh and warm for maximum flavor.
