Ingredients
  

Korean BBQ Beef
  • 500 g thinly sliced beef
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
Bowl Base
  • 2 cups cooked rice

Method
 

  1. Mix marinade ingredients and coat the beef.
  2. Cook beef in a hot skillet until caramelized.
  3. Thicken sauce with cornstarch slurry.
  4. Serve beef over rice and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.

Notes

Slice beef thin for best texture and avoid overcooking for tenderness.
