Matcha Base
  • 1 tsp matcha powder ceremonial grade preferred
  • 2 tbsp hot water not boiling
Latte Mix
  • 1 cup milk dairy or plant-based
  • 1–2 tsp honey to taste
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • ice cubes

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Whisk matcha with hot water until smooth and frothy.
  2. Mix in honey and vanilla extract.
