Ingredients
  

Brown Sugar Syrup
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Latte
  • 2 shots espresso
  • 1 cup milk
  • ice cubes
  • 1-2 tbsp brown sugar syrup
  • cinnamon for topping

Method
 

  1. Make syrup by heating brown sugar, water, and cinnamon until dissolved, then add vanilla.
  2. Brew espresso and let it cool slightly.
  3. Fill glass with ice and add brown sugar syrup.
  4. Pour espresso over ice, then add milk.
  5. Stir, top with cinnamon, and serve immediately.

Notes

Adjust sweetness by increasing or reducing brown sugar syrup. Oat milk works best for creamy texture.
