Method
- Mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, vinegar, and sesame oil in a bowl.
- Season shrimp with salt and pepper.
- Cook shrimp in oil for 1–2 minutes per side and remove.
- Stir fry vegetables for 3–4 minutes.
- Add sauce and simmer.
- Add cornstarch slurry to thicken sauce.
- Return shrimp to pan and toss to coat.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions and serve hot.
