Ingredients
  

Salmon & Sauce
  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp butter
Base
  • 2 cups cooked rice

Method
 

  1. Sear salmon in butter until golden and cooked through.
  2. Add garlic, soy sauce, honey, and lemon juice to create glaze.
  3. Coat salmon in glaze until sticky and glossy.
  4. Serve over rice and drizzle extra sauce.
  5. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.

Notes

Do not overcook salmon to maintain tenderness.
