Honey Butter Glaze
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Assembly
  • 4 pretzel buns
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese

Method
 

  1. Marinate chicken in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Mix flour, cornstarch, and spices to create crispy coating.
  3. Fry chicken until golden brown and fully cooked.
  4. Mix melted butter, honey, and garlic powder to create glaze.
  5. Toast pretzel buns and assemble with cheese and chicken.
  6. Drizzle honey butter and melt cheese before serving hot.

Notes
