Ingredients
  

Granola
  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup sliced almonds
  • 0.33 cup honey
  • 0.25 cup coconut oil melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.5 cup dried fruit optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and line baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Mix oats, almonds, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Whisk honey, coconut oil, and vanilla together.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix well.
  5. Spread mixture evenly on baking sheet.
  6. Bake 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway.
  7. Cool completely and add dried fruit if desired.

Notes

Press granola mixture before baking for larger crunchy clusters.
