Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet instant yeast
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
Filling
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
Garlic Butter
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Mix warm water, sugar, and yeast; let activate.
  2. Add flour, salt, and oil; knead and let rise.
  3. Fill dough pieces with cheese and seal into balls.
  4. Boil baking soda bath and dip each dough ball.
  5. Bake until golden brown.
  6. Brush with garlic butter and serve warm.

Notes

Seal tightly to avoid cheese leakage. Serve immediately for best cheese pull effect.
