Ingredients
  

Seafood Filling
  • 1 lb white fish fillets finely chopped
  • 1/2 lb shrimp peeled and chopped
  • 3 green onions sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Assembly
  • 12 spring roll wrappers
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp flour

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Combine chopped fish and shrimp in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add seasonings, herbs, egg, and breadcrumbs and mix thoroughly.
  3. Fill and roll wrappers tightly, sealing with flour paste.
  4. Fry at 350°F until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Drain, garnish, and serve hot.

Notes

For extra crispiness, chill assembled rolls for 20 minutes before frying.
