- Mix soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic, vinegar, and seasonings to create marinade.
- Coat chicken thighs in marinade and let rest for at least 30 minutes.
- Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 40–45 minutes until golden and cooked through.
Notes
For extra crisp skin, broil the chicken for 2–3 minutes at the end of baking.
