Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 6 bone-in chicken thighs
Ginger Garlic Marinade
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp fresh grated ginger
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
Seasoning
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Mix soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic, vinegar, and seasonings to create marinade.
  2. Coat chicken thighs in marinade and let rest for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 40–45 minutes until golden and cooked through.

Notes

For extra crisp skin, broil the chicken for 2–3 minutes at the end of baking.
