Chicken
  • 6 chicken thighs bone-in, skin-on
Marinade
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp ginger grated
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
Garnish
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven and prepare marinade by mixing all ingredients.
  2. Coat chicken thighs with marinade and let sit.
  3. Bake until golden and cooked through, basting halfway.

Notes

For crispier skin, broil for the last 3–5 minutes.
