Ingredients
  

Chicken Wings
  • 2 lbs chicken wings split
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
Garlic Parmesan Sauce
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Pat chicken wings dry and toss with baking powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Arrange wings on a rack over a baking sheet and bake at 425°F for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway.
  3. Melt butter in a saucepan, sauté garlic until fragrant, then mix in parmesan, parsley, and seasoning.
  4. Toss baked wings with garlic parmesan sauce until evenly coated.
  5. Serve hot with extra parmesan and parsley.

Notes

For extra crispy wings, refrigerate wings uncovered for 1 hour before baking.
