Steak
  • 500 g sirloin steak cubes
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
Alfredo Pasta
  • 300 g fettuccine pasta
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
Bread Bowl
  • 1 sourdough bread loaf

Method
 

  1. Hollow and toast sourdough bread bowl until crisp.
  2. Cook pasta until al dente and set aside.
  3. Sear steak in garlic butter until browned and juicy.
  4. Prepare Alfredo sauce with butter, cream, and parmesan.
  5. Combine pasta with sauce and fill bread bowl, topping with steak.

Notes

Toast the bread bowl well to prevent it from getting soggy from the Alfredo sauce.
