Ingredients
  

Lobster
  • 2 lobster tails
  • 2 tbsp butter
Pasta
  • 250 g fettuccine pasta
Sauce
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Cook lobster in butter, garlic, and lemon until tender.
  2. Boil pasta until al dente and reserve pasta water.
  3. Make garlic butter sauce in a pan and combine with pasta.
  4. Add lobster, toss, and serve with parsley and parmesan.

Notes

Do not overcook lobster. Use pasta water to create silky sauce texture.
