Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 500 g chicken breast or thighs
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
Rice Base
  • 1.5 cups long grain rice
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 onion finely chopped

Method
 

  1. Sear seasoned chicken in butter and oil until golden.
  2. Sauté garlic and onion in the same skillet.
  3. Add rice and toast briefly in the garlic butter.
  4. Pour in broth, return chicken, and simmer until cooked.
  5. Finish with butter, parsley, and lemon juice.

Notes

Let the skillet rest 5 minutes before serving for best texture.
