  • 4 chicken thighs bone-in preferred
  • 1 cup white rice uncooked
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
Seasoning
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C and grease a baking dish.
  2. Melt butter and cook garlic until fragrant.
  3. Spread rice in dish, add broth and garlic butter, place chicken on top, and bake covered then uncovered until done.

Notes

Add vegetables or cheese for variation. Let rest before serving for best texture.
