Ingredients
  

Chicken Mixture
  • 2 lb chicken breast cubed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.75 cup buffalo sauce
Toppings
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 8 slices bacon cooked and chopped
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and grease a baking dish.
  2. Season chicken with spices and toss with buffalo sauce.
  3. Spread into baking dish and top with bacon.
  4. Cover with mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F.
  6. Broil briefly until golden and garnish before serving.

Notes

Freshly shredded mozzarella produces the best melt and texture.
