  • 14 oz kielbasa sausage sliced
  • 3 cups baby potatoes
  • 2 cups broccoli
Sauce
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven and prepare vegetables.
  2. Roast potatoes and carrots first.
  3. Add kielbasa and broccoli.
  4. Mix sauce and coat ingredients.
  5. Roast until caramelized and serve.

Broil at the end for extra crispiness if desired.
