Method
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wash sweet potatoes and cut them into evenly sized wedges.
- Soak wedges in cold water for 20 minutes, then dry completely.
- Toss wedges with olive oil and seasoning mixture.
- Arrange wedges on baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from oven, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
Notes
Cornstarch can be added to increase crispiness.
