Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 2 chicken breasts sliced into cutlets
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
Assembly
  • 4 brioche buns

Garlic Parmesan Sauce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Season and prepare chicken cutlets.
  2. Bread chicken using flour, egg, and parmesan breadcrumb mix.
  3. Fry until golden and crispy.
  4. Mix garlic parmesan sauce.
  5. Toast buns and assemble burger with lettuce, chicken, and sauce.
  6. Serve immediately while hot and crispy.

Notes

Fresh parmesan gives the best crispy crust texture and flavor.
