  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated
Seasoning
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Cut potatoes into wedges and soak in cold water for 30 minutes.
  2. Drain and dry thoroughly, then toss with oil, garlic, and seasonings.
  3. Bake at 220°C for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway, then sprinkle parmesan and serve.

Notes

For extra crispiness, avoid overcrowding the baking tray and use high heat.
