Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 500 g chicken tenders
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
Breading
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. Season chicken tenders with salt and pepper.
  3. Dip chicken in flour, then egg, then breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place coated tenders on a baking sheet.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden and crispy.
  7. Garnish with parsley and parmesan and serve hot.
