- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Season chicken tenders with salt and pepper.
- Dip chicken in flour, then egg, then breadcrumb mixture.
- Place coated tenders on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Garnish with parsley and parmesan and serve hot.
