Base
  • 2 flatbreads
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast
Toppings
  • 6 slices bacon cooked crispy and crumbled
  • 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup cheddar cheese
  • 0.33 cup ranch dressing
Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp smoked paprika

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C and prepare baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Brush flatbreads lightly with olive oil and season chicken.
  3. Spread ranch, add chicken, bacon, and cheese evenly.
  4. Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden and melted.
  5. Drizzle extra ranch, garnish, slice, and serve.

Notes

For extra crispiness, pre-bake flatbread for 2–3 minutes before adding toppings.
