Method
 

  1. Cook fluffy steamed rice.
  2. Bread and fry chicken until crispy.
  3. Prepare thick Japanese curry sauce.
  4. Slice chicken and assemble over rice.

Notes

Always fry chicken on medium heat for even golden crust and keep curry thick for best texture contrast.
